Student Welfare Officer (EYMW)

An exciting opportunity has come up for someone to join the staff team for European Youth Music Week as the Student Welfare Officer (due to maternity). This role is perfect for anyone who wishes to support youth music-making.

This person would responsible for the safety and welfare of all participants and staff during European Youth Music Week and work with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) on the course if concerns or problems arise.

Any new Student Welfare Officer may be offered a role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead too depending on desire and experience of a candidate.

This is an unpaid role, however, all accommodation and meals are provided, and reasonable expenses can be claimed. Training in safeguarding specific matters will be provided by our DSL.
